Each audio conference is 90 minutes long, and comes with a printed version of the webinar handout. Handouts contain speaker bios, an outline of the presentation, and supplemental editorial materials, often including sample policies, past ERI articles, checklists and more.

Each webinar is 90 minutes long, and comes with a CD that includes both audio and a slide show, as well as the PowerPoint file of the slide show for easy reference and printing.
