Award Entry Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form (either electronic or hard copy versions) entrant certifies that all information contained therein is true and correct to the best of his or her knowledge. All entries, upon submission, become the sole property of ERI. Employees and affiliates of ERI, including ERI's editorial advisory board members and their respective employers, are not eligible to compete in this contest. All decisions of the judges are final. To be considered, entries and entry fees must be received by midnight Pacific time on August 31, 2008; ERI is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, misdelivered, illegible, or late entries. Contest winners must be available for interview in a timely manner at the conclusion of the contest in order to receive ERI editorial coverage.
