There are two ways to enter to win the Employer Resource Institute 2008 Great California Workplace Award:

• Option 2: Offline entry form (entry fee can be paid via check or credit card).

In addition to some basic information about your company, the form asks for two short essays from you:

1. Briefly describe (250 words or less) your organization (industry, revenue, mission, etc.).
2. Describe (1000 words or less) why your organization is a "great California workplace." Be specific about the policies, programs, and people that make it so.
