Employee Recruiting: The Best Strategies for California Employers; How to Get Results in Today's Job Markets
If you're a California employer searching for new workers, you're facing job markets where the rules in place just a few years ago have changed dramatically.
Now, more than ever, job seekers demand more from their employers in terms of higher pay, more generous benefits, and flexible work schedules. Your competitors are fighting more aggressively to attract these candidates before you hire them. And, you're spending more time insuring that your recruiting efforts remain compliant with federal and California laws!
During our practical 90-minute audio conference on May 16, you'll learn the latest recruiting strategies and tools that produce results for California-based employers. Our experts will teach you how to maximize your recruiting reach and attract the best candidates (as well as how to manage the expectations of today's benefits-driven workers).
You'll also learn how to avoid the most common legal claims and litigation that result from recruiting disputes—and proven techniques to avoid those problems in your organization. Plus, you'll have a chance at the end of the conference to submit your own questions about recruiting, via phone or email!
YOU AND YOUR COLLEAGUES WILL LEARN:
- The most effective methods for recruiting employees in today's hyper-competitive job markets
- The federal and California laws you must comply with when recruiting new employees

- How you can manage the expectations of prospective employees seeking unrealistic compensation, benefits, and work schedules
- The steps you should take to ensure that your recruiting programs comply with EEO and California regulatory requirements
